Video Message :
- Video messages can be maximum up to a length of 1 minute.
- Video Message will be delivered in 24 hours from the time of placing an order.
- Video Message will be uploaded on Google drive, customer can download it within 5 days from the date of upload. It will be deleted permanently after 10 days.
- Video Message is only given for Wishing purpose only.
- The singing Song option isn't available in Video Message.
Live Video Call :
- Artist will be on Live Video Call with Recipient and perform for 4-5 minutes (Includes Wishes and Singing a song)
- Artist will be singing only ONE (1) song
- The live video calls will be held via Google Duo / Zoom application.
- Expressluv team bridges meeting details and schedule a suitable time between Artist & Recipient.
- The recipient will be available at the mentioned time with all the required applications installed on their gadgets along with a proper Internet Connection.
- In case if the Recipient is not available for any reasons at Scheduled timing, Artist will perform the event on Recorded Video and the Expressluv team will share the recorded video with the Recipient
- We request all the parties in Video Call to be more Formal during Video calls and parties are restricted for any Personal Discussions.
- Customers should provide specific details of the Recipient while placing an order.
