Helios Gift Card - Watches

Helios Gift Vouchers can be used for any purchase on our website. Customers can choose the Denomination from the list.

1. Gift Card is redeemable for products and services at Helios- the watch store.
2. Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
3. The cash amount value loaded on the card shall be valid for 06 months from the date of issue.
4. Please present this Gift Card to the customer relationship officer prior to billing
5. If this Gift Card is lost or stolen, it will not be issued again.
6. Receipts for purchases made with this card will show the remaining card balance and validity.
7. Multiple 10 Gift Card can be a club in a single transaction.
8. Gift Card can be redeemed in the sale period.
9. Gift Card can be clubbed with existing offers in store.
10. Partial redemption is possible. Balance Amount will carry forward for next Purchase.
11. Validate - 6 Months.
12. Gift cards cannot be extended /cannot issue new Gift cards post expiry.

• Gift Card code will be sent to Recipient via Email, No Physical card is required.
• The recipient cannot transfer the Gift card to a third party.
• The recipient can not use any coupons/deals while using a Gift card.
• Expressluv holds no responsibility if the Gift card is expired/stolen. 
• NO duplicate will be issued if this Gift Card is lost or misplaced.
• This eGift Card has to be redeemed in full in a single transaction. Partial redemption is not allowed.
• This eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
• The holder of this eGift Card is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• Any dispute should be referred to the company and the decision of the company shall be final.
• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 48-72 hours.
• No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers. Please check the refund policy for further details.
