Delivery is done between 9 AM and 6 PM local time according to the courier service's flexibility. There is no service on Sundays and other federal holidays.
Since cakes are perishable in nature, delivery will be attempted only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Occasionally, substitution of flavours or designs may be necessary. Upon receiving the cake, refrigerate it immediately and consume it within 48 hours for best freshness.
