ExpressLuv.com is committed to delivering all products with quality and utmost care. We deliver gifts — both perishable and non-perishable — across India, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, and other international destinations.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Please read this document carefully before placing your order.

We make the best possible effort to match products shown on our website; however, actual items (especially cakes) may vary slightly as they are prepared by different chefs and bakers who each bring their own craftsmanship to the design.

ExpressLuv reserves the right to change the design, flavor, or size of any product as per our substitution policy when required due to local availability constraints.


Perishable Items

Perishable items include cakes, sweets, dry fruits, chocolates, and flowers. Due to their time-sensitive nature, these items follow strict preparation and delivery timelines.

No Redelivery for Perishables: We do not offer reshipping or redelivery attempts for cakes, sweets, dry fruits, or ice creams. If delivery is unsuccessful for any reason, the order will be deemed completed and no refund will be issued.

Orders received less than 8 hours before scheduled delivery may be cancelled. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure freshness and timely preparation.


Non-Perishable Items

Gift items, toys, and other non-perishable products are primarily shipped through our trusted courier partners. For delivery locations outside our direct delivery zones, we engage third-party logistics partners and track each shipment until it reaches the recipient.

Refunds for non-perishable product returns are issued as ExpressLuv Gift Certificates (store credit), not to the original payment method, unless the error was on our part.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact support@expressluv.com immediately. Our team will provide return address details and coordinate the process with our manufacturing partners to prevent future defects.


Flowers & Bouquets

We stock fresh flowers on a daily basis to ensure recipients always receive the freshest possible arrangements. All bouquets are quality-checked by our operations team before dispatch.

Images shown on our website are for representational purposes only. The actual product may vary in color, size, and shape. We aim to achieve 80–90% similarity to the website picture; however, due to seasonal availability and market conditions, substitutions may be necessary.

Summer Advisory: During summer months, flowers may appear darker or slightly wilted due to high ambient temperatures, particularly in India. This is a natural effect and does not constitute a defective product.

ExpressLuv does not hold responsibility for exact product replication, as all items depend on daily market availability. Expressluv reserves the right to change flowers, colors, and bouquet type to best match the ordered arrangement.


Delivery Guidelines

Deliveries are available from morning to evening, with midnight delivery available in select cities within India (up to 2 AM IST). Delivery times may vary by ±30 minutes from the scheduled time.

Required information for all deliveries:

  • Recipient's full name and complete address
  • Nearest landmark
  • Recipient's email address and active phone number

For Hotel / Hospital / Office deliveries, also provide:

  • Name of the business unit (hotel, hospital, or office name)
  • Room or floor number (for hospitals and hotels)
  • Contact number of the reception or front desk

For functions and convention centers:

  • A copy of the event invitation with host details and venue address

An order will be considered delivered and completed in the following situations: incorrect address provided, recipient not available, premises locked, incorrect phone number, recipient refused delivery, or gift left at the security desk. No redelivery or refund will be issued in these cases.

Address changes can only be requested before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, ExpressLuv has no ability to redirect the package. ExpressLuv holds zero liability for incorrect addresses provided at the time of ordering.

We deliver on all days including public holidays. In cases of strikes, curfews, natural calamities (heavy snowfall, rainfall, earthquakes, etc.), deliveries will be rescheduled to the next available date. We will notify you in such cases.

All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@expressluv.com. Cancellations requested by phone or WhatsApp are not accepted. Refunds are credited to your ExpressLuv account as store credit only.


Refunds

Refunds at ExpressLuv are issued in the form of store credit (Gift Certificates) to your ExpressLuv account, unless the error was solely caused by ExpressLuv (e.g., delivery to the wrong address).

  • Store Credit Refunds — Processed within 3–5 business days and credited to your account.
  • Original Payment Method Refunds — Only in cases of ExpressLuv error; processed within 15 business days and visible on your bank statement.
  • No cash refunds are issued for cancellations or returns under normal circumstances.

Bank refunds (where applicable) may take up to 15 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.


Shipping Policy

ExpressLuv ships all items listed on our website. Occasionally, some products may be backordered. In such cases, backordered items are typically restocked and dispatched within 2 business days. Our shipping team will notify you with tracking information if any delay occurs.

We ship items strictly as per the original customer order. Only the original purchaser may request modifications to the order — requests from recipients or third parties will not be accepted.

Deliveries to suburban or remote areas may attract additional delivery charges. Please contact our support team to confirm charges before placing your order.

All product images on our website are representative. Actual items may vary in shape, color, weight, design, or size. ExpressLuv does not take responsibility for exact match of shape, color, flavour, design, weight, or size of the delivered item.


Special Occasion Policies

New Year (December 30 – January 2): Due to extremely high order volumes, customized or designer cakes are unavailable during this period. Cake models for deliveries on December 31 and January 1 may vary from website pictures in color, size, and display.

Valentine's Day (February 14): Deliveries on February 14 may be delayed due to high demand. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times on this date. Orders will be processed as per logistics planning and item availability. We appreciate your patience.

For all major holidays and festive seasons, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days in advance to secure your preferred time slot and product availability.


Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your order due to availability of certain designs, shapes, and models in various regions. When substitutions are made, ExpressLuv ensures:

  • The style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement is maintained as closely as possible.
  • A product of equivalent or higher value is used.
  • The overall gifting intent and experience is preserved.

Substitution of keepsake or specialty items may be necessary during major holidays due to increased demand. ExpressLuv holds all rights to substitute any product on the date of delivery based on local availability.


Reporting Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report the issue within 1–2 hours of delivery. This allows our case managers to begin an investigation promptly.

Issues reported after the 2-hour window from the time of delivery will not be considered for investigation. ExpressLuv claims zero liability on issues reported outside this window.

To report an issue, email us at support@expressluv.com with your order number, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue.


Limitation of Liability

ExpressLuv's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delivery delays or product variations.
  • Emotional distress or losses caused by failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability or incorrect information.
  • Acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Items left at the security desk or building incharge desk after a failed delivery attempt.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations. This policy is governed by applicable consumer protection laws in the jurisdiction where the order was placed.

ExpressLuv reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
