REFUND & SHIPPING POLICIES:

ExpressLuv.com aims to deliver all the products with quality and at most care. Customer gift order is important to us to fulfill it and we make sure to reach the Gift to Recipient on special occasions.

ExpressLuv.com is involved in delivery of Gifts (Perishable & Non Perishable items) across India, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany,

We make the best possible design of the cake and the actual cakes may vary from the website pictures displayed. Reason is very simple, as cakes are prepared by different chefs across the nations, each baker has different style in designing the cake and they try their best to bring the Cake Design as per the website picture shown. 

Sometimes, the cake shown on the website may not be available in some areas due to local availability and Expressluv has all rights to change the design, flavor and the size of the cake. By placing the order, on our website you accept all these terms and conditions.

Perishable Items:

-  Cakes, and Sweets - We prepare Cakes and Sweets 8-3 hours before scheduled delivery time under hygienic conditions at our manufacturing unit.

-  Dry Fruits and Chocolates are packed before 3 hours before scheduled delivery time from our warehouse.

Flowers & Bouquets - We arrange Flowers Stock on Daily basis, we want to send Fresh available flowers to Recipients. All the flowers Bouquets are delivered after performing Quality check by our Operations team.

Images shown on the website are only for representation purpose, actual product may vary depending on the availability of the flowers in respective areas. Expressluv has all rights to change the flowers, colors and the type of the bouquet.

Note : During Summers, flowers may look Black or shaded, as temperature in are high there's high chance for the flowers to loose their blossom.

All the perishable items are delivered through our delivery channels. We maintain branded and pure quality items at our warehouse. We aim to deliver the product on the scheduled delivery date; also it depends on the local traffic, distance conditions.

Note : We expect our customers to place order atleast 1 day prior to the scheduled delivery date. It allows us to prepare the product freshly. 

Orders may be cancelled if the orders are received at last minute or less than 8 hours from the scheduled delivery time.

NON Perishable Items:

Gift items and Toys are mostly delivered by our courier partners, if the delivery location is outside our delivery limits we will be using our service partner courier services and our team would track the delivery status until reached to recipient.

Non Perishable items : These items can be returned within 03 days from the date of receiving the delivery After receiving the return at our fulfilment center, our team evaluates the condition and issues a refund accordingly.

We don't accept any returns post 3 day window period.

Our delivery is available from Morning to Evening and we have midnight delivery in some areas, we request our customers to place order atleast 24-12 hours before scheduled delivery date and we require this time to prepare, pack, ship and deliver the item to our customer.

If the Non Perishable items are shipped damaged / defective, customers are requested to contact our customer support team at support@expressluv.com and our team will provide the return address details along with the other required information to return the items.

Our Returns department will evaluate the type of defect and connect with our manufacturers to remove the defect from manufacturing plant.

Return of Non-Perishable products will be refunded in form of Gift Certificates issued by ExpressLuv. We deliver the Gift Certificate to purchaser.

Flowers:

Expressluv.com has tried its best to fit the Flowers pictures through its means of collections. Original product may vary from its color, size, shape. We attempt to make the product 80-90% as appears on website. However due to market circumstances, depending on flowers availability we may need to adjust with the available flowers and material.

Expressluv.com does not hold any responsibility for same items to be prepared, as it all depends on market availability.

In case if the error is completely from ExpressLuv (Shipped to incorrect address) a refund will be processed fully to customer original payment method used at the time of placing an order.

Refunds will be appearing on your bank account statement in 15 business days.

We arrange Flowers Stock on Daily basis, we want to send Fresh available flowers to Recipients. All the flowers Bouquets are delivered after performing Quality check by our Operations team.

Most of the products will be delivered on the same day of the actual scheduled delivery date and we don't have any control on the actual or promised delivery time due to local and climatic situations.

Customers are requested to provide us with complete Delivery Address, including Recipient name, complete address, nearest land mark, recipient email address and phone number.

Delivery at Hotel / Hospital / Office address:

To deliver the gift items at Hotel / Office / Hospital address we need following information from customer while placing the order.

Name of Business unit (Hotel name / Hospital name / Office name)

Room number: If hospital / hotel delivery

Contact details of Hotel / Hospital / Office.

In case if no one is available to accept the order, we treat the order as completed. No refunds / other exceptions will be allowed.

Delivery of gifts at functions, convention centers:

We request our customers to provide us with the copy of invitation received, so we will be able to have a track of address, event Host details for successful delivery.

Redirecting / Changing Address:

Customer can request redirect / change of address before the package is shipped. Once the package is shipped out, ExpressLuv doesn’t have any chance to change the address in any circumstances.

Note: Redirect / change of address is only possible if the order isn’t shipped and we hold zero liability for the incorrect address provided.

Delivery Attempt: 

We don’t have the option to reship / reattempt delivery of Cakes, Sweets, Dry Fruits and Ice Creams at any point of time (As these are perishable items)

In any case if the delivery is not executed due to any reason, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by ExpressLuv.

The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or Wrong address.
  • Recipient not available at address / at scheduled delivery time.
  • Premises Locked / Restricted.
  • Incorrect phone number / unable to reach recipient / no reply from recipient
  • Recipient refused to accept products.
  • Delivery of the gift at Security place / Building incharge desk.

ExpressLuv isn’t responsible for the items left at security desk / building incharge desk. All the perishable items are hand delivered by our own delivery team.

We aim to deliver the products all the days including public holidays.

In case of Strikes / Curfews / Natural calamities like heavy snowfall, rainfall, earthquakes or any other things which might impact the customer delivery will be rescheduled for delivery on next possible day.

However our Transport team will aim to deliver the products on time, but we don’t commit delivery on the above said impact conditions in delivery city.

Mid Night Delivery:

Our Delivery team will be engaged in delivery of Gift items up to 2 AM IST within few cities of India.

-          Delivery of gift will be made before or after 30 minutes from actual scheduled delivery time.

-          ExpressLuv cannot commit delivery on exact / accurate delivery time.

-          Mid Night deliveries are made within few cities of India.

-          Most of the Mid Night delivery orders are delivered at additional cost.

Cancellation of Orders:

Customer can cancel the order before one day of scheduled delivery date with the full refund.

If the Perishable items are undeliverable, due to above said cases No refund will be made in any circumstance.

All the cancellation requests are handled through email only and 100% refunds are issued to their Expressluv account. 

Our support team is available round the clock to assist our customers on email or WhatsApp.

Cancellation of Order must be done at least 24 hours before to qualify for the refund, Cancellation in less than 24 hours may not guarantee in full refund, it depends on operation team on refunding the calculated amount. Cancellation charge fee may be from 30% - 80%.

Refund refers to the Store Credit only. We have no ability to issue refund to original payment method for cancellation requests.

Shipping Policies:

ExpressLuv is bonded to ship all the items available on our website, but at times there might be backordered items which may cause delay in shipping the back ordered items. Most times backordered items will be available within 2 business days.

Our shipping Department will be sending order tracking status report to our customers, if any item is backordered.

All the products pictures available on our website are most similar to the products which we will deliver; there might be change in shapes, color, weight, design and sizes. ExpressLuv doesn’t take any responsibility with respect to Shape, Color, flavour, design, weight, and size of the actual delivered item.

We ship the items as per customer order, we have no authority to change it when recommend by recipient or other party, unless the order is modified by original customer.

As per customer’s interest we will deliver the items in suburbs of the State and we will charge extra delivery charges to ship the items to delivery location. Please check with our support staff for more details.


New Year Cake Deliveries :

Due to Heavy flow on New Year orders starting from December 30 to January 2, we are not able to make customized or Designer cakes.

Cake orders to be delivered on December 31 and January 1 cake models may vary from website picture, color, size and display.

Valentine's Orders :

Deliveries scheduled on February 14, will be delayed, we may not guarantee exact delivery time.

Orders will be processed as per Logistics planning depending on the item availability.

We request our customers to preach patience with us and support us today.

Substitution Policy:

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your order, due to the availability of certain designs, shape and models in various areas of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using equivalent or higher value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. Expressluv holds all rights to substitute the product on the date of the delivery.
