If the unit, apartment, or suite number is missing, the recipient will be responsible for collecting the package from the nearest location where the package is held within 8 hours.

Delivery is done between 9 AM and 6 PM local time according to the courier service’s flexibility. Delivery service is not available on Sundays and other federal holidays.
Since cakes are perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Occasionally, substitution of flavours or designs may be necessary. Upon receiving the cake, refrigerate it immediately and consume it within 48 hours for the best taste and freshness.
