If the unit, apartment, or suite number is missing, it is the recipient’s responsibility to collect the package from the nearest holding location within 8 hours.

Delivery is scheduled between 9 AM and 6 PM local time according to the courier service's flexibility. Delivery service is not available on Sundays and other federal holidays.
Since cakes are perishable items, delivery will be attempted only once and cannot be redirected to another address after dispatch.
Occasionally, substitution of flavours or designs may be necessary. Upon receiving the cake, refrigerate it immediately and consume it within 48 hours for the best taste and freshness.
