As gifts and cakes are perishable, timely delivery is very important. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is complete and accurate. Apartment numbers and suite details must be included for both residential and business deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
If the apartment or unit number is missing, the recipient will be responsible for collecting the package from the nearest holding location within 8 hours.

Deliveries are scheduled between 9 AM and 6 PM local time according to courier service availability. Delivery service is not available on Sundays and federal holidays.
Since cakes are perishable, delivery will be attempted only once and cannot be redirected to another address after dispatch.
Upon receiving the cake, please refrigerate it immediately and consume it within 48 hours for the best taste and freshness.
