If the unit/apartment/suite number is missing, the Recipient is responsible for collecting the package from the nearest location where it is held within 8 hours.

Delivery is done between 9 AM and 6 PM local time, as per the courier service's flexibility; no service on Sunday or other federal holidays.
Since cakes are perishable in nature, we will be able to attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
Occasionally, the substitution of flavours/designs is necessary
Upon receiving the cake, immediately refrigerate it, and it should be consumed within 48 hours.
